We are searching for a highly motivated, detailed-oriented, team player to join our Clients Team as their MARKETING AND ADVERTISING MANAGER.? The Marketing and Advertising Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads through direct marketing efforts.? These efforts will include direct mail, SEO, PPC, yellow pages, email, event marketing, social marketing, and support for direct calling efforts.
The main responsibility will be to maximize ROI from all marketing efforts.? This involves innovating, creating, placing, and tracking all advertising and marketing.? Here are more details of the responsibilities:
DAY-TO-DAY's
- Develop and maintain all direct marketing content.
- Manage and expand campaigns already in place using the following mediums: online via SEO and PPC, yellow pages, direct mail / postcards, outbound calling, customer industry conferences, and more.
- Develop performance metrics and provide reporting and tracking on marketing all programs.
- Manage the integration of direct marketing programs within our web sites and blogs.
- Work with Sales Teams to integrate direct marketing programs with sales calling efforts.

? You have an innate sense of urgency to complete projects quickly yet thoroughly
? You are able to prioritize tasks and focus on the vital few instead of the trivial many
? You possess keen critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities

? You have a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
? You are able to work outside of normal office hours as needed or required by client projects
ABOUT YOU:
- BA/BS with significant coursework in marketing, communications, or business administration.
- 5+ years? experience in direct marketing - analytics, direct marketing test design, response analysis, ROI analysis, segmentation analysis, customer profiling, forecasting, etc.
- Creative thinking, exceptional analytical skills coupled with solid business foundation,
- Innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude ? interested in ?figuring out? solutions.
- Deep hands-on experience in direct marketing operations, strategy and analysis.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
